DIA has implemented two price data provision systems specifically tailored for the ETH and BNB ecosystems within the Boba Network. This deployment, a testament to DIA’s commitment to the community and innovative spirit, is available to all developers using Boba’s Layer 2 networks without incurring any expenses.
These data provision systems can be seamlessly incorporated into productive systems by developers, sparing them from the gas fees associated with data updates. This initiative lays the groundwork for the development of a wide array of DeFi dApps that depend on data provisions, including:
- Lending and borrowing
- Collateralized stablecoins
- On-chain derivatives / Option and future markets and more!
These data provision systems continuously monitor price changes every 15 seconds. An update is only sent to the data provision system if there is a price change exceeding 0.5% compared to the previously published price. To ensure data accuracy and dependability, all assets receive a comprehensive heartbeat update every 12 hours.
